Assists to design and implement specific programmes within the People Strategy roadmap and framework that support the overall Bank\'s strategic goals and transformation plans to create operational cohesion and strong execution by knitting together different functions and teams
Executes and monitors the implementation of specific Group HR related projects and Forward23+ programmes to ensure achievement of targeted outcomes
Assists to create and enhance existing people related frameworks and processes to achieve new standard of operational excellence within people operations and people management processes
Supports collaboration with relevant Regional Centre of Excellence heads and country HR to strategise and execute key projects identified to achieve Forward23+ aspirations
Works closely with various stakeholders across the Group in the implementation of the People Pillar related Forward23 projects
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, guidelines and the Department\'s policies and procedures regionally
Performs any other responsibilities / task as assigned by the management from time to time.
