In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of building a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.As the Manager GIPS - Cash and Securities, you will have the important responsibility to manage booking of trades and cash in our investment system along with trade settlement, cash and position reconciliations, oversight, and EMS-IBOR management servicesResponsibilities:perform and review daily Cash and Position reconciliations, investigate breaks, ensure timely escalations to relevant parties, and resolve breaks by posting necessary adjustments.Perform and review daily portfolio price variance check for all the Investment Portfolios and Composites.Daily communication and oversight of IBOR and BBG application tasks.Investigate trade break queries raised by the Back office, analyze trade booking/recaps, amend trades in risk management & work with the front office to assess PNL impact.Foster and nurture strong relationships with external partners and collaboratorsEnsure that appropriate and documented internal controls and procedures are in place. Monitor operation & conduct regular review to ensure that they reflect any changes in products, systems, policy and regulations.To develop a Target Operating Model to support business, review, restructure and streamline the process for business, market risk operation and finance to support future growthRequirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in finance or insurance, with a focus on investment operations & middle officeIn-depth understanding of fund accounting and trade booking and settlement, corporate actions, cash and position reconciliation, valuation and net asset value calculations.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience working with insurance company and mutual fund is preferredExperience in using Advanced Excel, Flow, Share Point, Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantageThis position is based in Cyberjaya, where you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to making a positive impact on people\'s lives.
