Compile & notify relevant stakeholders for any changes in Margin of Finance
Prepare and monitoring of Group Share Lending Exposure Report
Monitoring of margin call position
Monitoring and follow up on fire insurance, quit rent & tax assessment for property charged
Pre-approval: Preparation of Credit Application forms
Post approval: Preparation of Loan Security Documentation - Checking documents completeness and ensuring compliance of condition precedents prior submission to Back Office for account opening
Scanning of documents prior submission to Back Office for account opening / maintenance
Liaise with external solicitor (local & foreign) & valuer for property charge cases
To handle daily PBCL, SMF, RR & other daily transactions including rollover
Monitor annual review of upcoming and overdue credit reviews
Preparation of monthly / periodic reporting for management
Involvement in end-to-end system testing
Handling daily enquiries and jobs assigned by superior
