Job Description


:Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the staff performance and ensure daily operations smooth in process
  • To attend daily email enquiries/ request from BU and revert within SLA
  • To liaise with SG business partners on any inquires and daily task operation
  • To liaise with MY Management team on reporting/ request/ issues related to CAD
  • To establish/ review/ improve the departmental SOP from time to time
  • To identify/ address/ improve the process via digitalization, process efficiency and optimization
  • To attend monthly reporting as per SG requirement
  • To arrange training to the staff to ensure resources are well train
  • To attend audit request where it is required.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the CEO, iCIMB Sdn Bhd from time to time
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline. (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering/ Law).
  • Min 10 years working experience in relevant field.
  • Familiar with the relevant law (particularly Singapore law) in relation to security documentation.
  • Good people skill and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
