Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager, HR Business Partner. Responsibilities: Provide support on design and development of HR initiatives in support of the business area, such as Marketing Sales, G&A functions and the CKD plant regarding the HR strategies and all HR matters. Work with the Head of HR, other HR Business Partners & supported by the HR Topic Management along with Business Leaders to integrate strategic and operational HR pillars. Accompany all HR related processes from Staff movement, Recruiting, to Performance Management, Reorganization, People Development and Training. Responsible to face to the customer and consult the business areas at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree in either Human Resources Management or any business related discipline. Proven success in driving projects independently and taking over ownership. Ability of thinking out of the box and challenging the status quo. Strategic mind-set with ability to partner with key stakeholders in the business and dealing with sensitive topics. Superior consultation, presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and interact across all levels of management. Proven experience working in a complex, commercial organization and/or consulting role that requires detail orientation, sound judgment and strong analytical skills. Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards action. Advantage, but no Must: HR experience, e.g. in driving topics such as employee engagement, employee relations, talent management and recruitment. Willingness and ability to lead employees.
