Assist and manage the Restaurant in maintaining appropriate staff and preparing weekly schedules
Helping and managing team members when needed
Assist and administer all necessary paperwork
Assist and analyze the profit and loss statement and fulfill the sales plan established for the branch
Maintain and record inventory accurately
Understand, enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining all company operational and compliance standards
Ensuring that Malaysian laws, regulations are practiced and enforced
Maintain a clean restaurant at all times
Deliver high-quality products with consistency every day and every shift
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
