Working closely with category teams to understand challenges, information gaps, identify sources of information and determine optimal research methodologies. Support business decisions based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends.
Oversee the analysis of large datasets/information (internal & external data) to derive meaningful insights into market trends, consumer behavior and category/product performance.
Manage research activities to provide accurate and timely market and competitor information for strategic and operational decisions.
Sensitive to numbers & detail-oriented person. Proven track record in in data analysis, market research, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Computer Science related field are preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Insights role. Industry experience in both a research agency servicing FMCG client and within FMCG companies is ideal.
Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers. Ability to distil complex insights into actionable recommendations.
Creative and resourceful thinker. Well equipped with critical thinking skill.
