Job Description

To assist and support the Head across the multifamily portfolio of Taylor\'s Education Group for tenancy administration management, develop leasing strategy, to meet leasing targets, tenant management, credit control and casual mall leasing. RESPONSIBILITIES : Leadership & Operations Oversight: Lead leasing team, aligning operations with company goals. Review SOPs for continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and inspire team collaboration. Leasing & Partnerships: Execute strategic leasing plans for optimal project occupancy. Oversee tenant acquisition, negotiations, and leasing packages. Present performance insights in regular reports. Cultivate stakeholder relationships for successful outcomes. Credit Control & Financial Management: Collaborate with Finance for accurate billing reconciliation. Minimize delinquency rates through efficient receivables collection. Conduct bi-weekly meetings for aging balances and settlements. Prepare monthly reports on revenue and occupancy rates. Tenancy Administration & Documentation: Maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships. Ensure proper execution of new leases and documentation. Oversee lease renewals and termination processes. Collaborate with Legal on commercial issues and recovery actions. Tenant Management & Support: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and grievances. Support tenant events and marketing initiatives. Documentation Management: Efficient document storage and retrieval for leasing. Manage filing of leasing documents. Oversee collection of valid business licenses and insurance policies. MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Minimum Diploma, Degree or Bachelor in Real Estate, Mass Communications, Business Administration or other related disciplines is required. Minimum 5 Years of related working experience and dealing with credit control, leases & tenancy agreements
