Oversees warehouse day to day operation, material flows, resource, capacity planning and control. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to inventory control, inbound/outbound delivery, service level maintenance, material handling, import-export licensing, third-party warehousing and shipping/receiving activities.
Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints. Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
Comply with EHS guidance, keep warehouse employee safe, avoid hazardous situation and prevent injuries.
Interacts with vendors and peers in worldwide spares depots, manufacturing, finance to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Manage end to end operations of Asia spares warehouse, including inbound, outbound shipments, inventory control, order fulfillment, variance, escalation, MRB, NCe/NCi, Productivity, EHS and 3rd party vendor management
Lead and develop operation team fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure strict adherence to high demanding SLA from global internal and external customers
Overseas WMS system with seamless integration with automation equipment
Navigate and ensure compliance with KLIA FCZ regulations to facilitate smooth and compliant operations
Driving warehouse Key Performance Indicators
Drive cost saving initiatives and contribute to the development of strategies to increase productivity and optimize operational efficiency
Excellent system analysis, presentation, and communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
Proven experience in a leadership role managing large-scale warehouse operations, preferably in the spares parts industry
In-depth knowledge of SAP WM modules, and experience with automation equipment
