Diploma / Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education
Preferably 1 - 2 years related working experience in purchasing / buyer in the Manufacturing environment (oil and gas industry is an added advantage)
Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material (Electronics & Mechanical) and Warehouse Management is an added advantage
Able to read & write in Bahasa and English
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SQL system is an added advantage
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Tanggungjawab
To lead Procurement, Logistic and Warehouse Department as per below ;
Review and authorized issuance of Purchase Orders after verify the product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates with Procurement Executive
Negotiate price.
Creating and maintaining purchasing(vendor) files, purchasing master list and price lists.
Managing import documentation including SST and HS code related
Record vendor invoices into system database
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Responsible for the inventory, must ensure the stock quantity in the system is tally with the actual stock.
Maintain the stock level for the inventory & consumable item.
Track deliveries and make sure all the received item is exactly what was ordered from suppliers. Do the physical check shipments to ensure the appropriate items were delivered and in the good condition.
Evaluate the supplier performance based on support, delivery & item quality.
Evaluate the external provider provided an evidence quality system to supply Ex products & services base on Ex Quality System
Improve the supply chain by find new potential supplier.
Consolidate multiple orders into a shipment to minimize the shipping cost.
Coordinate with store to ensure proper storage.
Enter order details into system database.
Prepare accurate report to management.
Review client purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them to client.
Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
Execute logistics plan to deliver products, trading & finish goods.
Arrange and do necessary packing for product, trading & finish goods.
Prepare the required document for order delivery.
Prepare document for audit
Handling any other company (owned by ISEP (M) Sdn Bhd) for activities related to procurement and logistic
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Support other department /Other ad-hoc duties if required
