Job Description


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To ensure the efficient deployment of adidas concepts both product and brand (SP/SS) through omnichannel (retail, wholesale, eCom) marketing across all categories. To support sustainable and profitable market share growth in the relevant SFC by providing effective and efficient omnichannel deployment of key product categories across all appropriate customers, and channels, including monobrand, wholesale and eCom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the 360-degree omnichannel product and brand concepts in the market
  • Ensure that all key concepts for the season are sold into all market channels in the country
  • Ensure all relevant brand and product category KPIs and financial targets are met.
  • Ensure global/ regional marketing guidelines are upheld during the execution of concepts in the market
  • Ensure mid and post-season analysis of sell-in and sell-through of all concepts across all channels
  • Work cross-functionally with the market Retail and sales teams to proactively assess any sell-through issues and develop in conjunction with the SEA brand team\xe2\x80\x99s solutions as appropriate to address the same
  • Omnichannel Consumer Intelligence and drive the successful implementation of Consumer Profile Mapping across all channels for the brand adidas
  • Monitor category forecast, and Sell In process including all internal and external meetings, and presentations
  • Execution and delivery of key concepts at pre- line final line meetings for season sell-in meetings. All strategies are to be in line with Global and SEA direction
  • Work alongside involved internal stakeholders in relation to our Category / Brand process and plans
  • Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers)
  • Act as a country category stakeholder for wholesale retailers, and external contacts
  • Act as a business contact and country feedback facilitator to SEA for all channels / pertinent categories
  • To monitor all required reports and budgets
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Effective control of all omnichannel disciplines within the MWB
  • Solid business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Retail KPIs
  • Manage business processes, including project management, budget management, and scheduling
  • Result orientation
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills
Pre-requisite Knowledge / Skills:
  • Degree in Marketing or Business with a Retail/Marketing focus
  • 3-5 years experience with a mix of consumer, eCommerce, Trade, and Retail Marketing in the sporting goods or fast fashion retail industry
  • PC literature
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
