Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit an Omni Channel Logistics, Assistant Manager.
Missions and Responsibilities
The Omni Channel Logistics Assistant Manager manages and monitors the end-to-end logistics operations in the Omni channel warehouse (3PL), domestic and overseas transport and last mile delivery to customers both B2B and B2C.
This role requires development and implementation of best-in-class logistics and inventory policies and procedures with the objective of delighting the customer. Driving strict inventory policies and procedures both in warehouse and stores, delivery accuracy and best in class lead times with 3PL/Transportation providers are required. All to be managed within a target operating cost and improvement year on year of operating costs in a high growth environment, considering future needs and capabilities.
