WE ARE LOOKING FOR Responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. Monitor and managing Power Platform support tickets to ensure optimal service. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary. Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews. Accountable for compliance which covers SLA and governance controls. Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service. Developing a deep understanding of on-going Power App business initiatives to gain insights into the scope of service transition. Taking accountability for service performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand. Job Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree Information Technology/Systems, or Engineering or Business related degree majoring in computing systems More than 5 years in IT Service delivery of applications (preferably with exposure to Microsoft related system/applications). Experience in customer service, leadership and business support will be advantageous. Good computer skills to support quality service delivery (i.e. strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodology) Good resource planning skills, excellent leadership and customer service skills. Strong teamwork skills and attention to details. Experience in DevOps tool such as MS Azure DevOps will be advantageous. Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills Able to communicate well in English Able to write clearly and work within deadlines Able to work extended hours when necessary Possess personal attributes such as hard working attitude, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint, Access, Visio) skills Certifications in ITIL. Certifications in Project Management will be advantageous.
