• Develop marketing plans for product launches and cross sell/up sell initiatives, which include customer proposition, communication, campaign, and budget to drive sales acquisitions and profit margins.
• Work with the communication team to craft omni-channel marketing messages and collaterals.
• Analyse and identify opportunities and design campaign to cross sell and upsell to existing customers.
• Work with agencies in development of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support sales channels with sales tools, collaterals, and campaign development.
• Assess the effectiveness of launched campaigns, and recommend follow up or remediation, where necessary.
• Manage ad hoc companys projects.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English written and verbal communications
• In-depth knowledge of insurance or/and takaful products and processes
• Experienced in developing product related plan and campaign for sales channel.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns within timeline and scope.
• Able to work well with various internal departments and external vendors to execute campaign.
• Skilled in PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet for data analysis

Experienced in managing staff to achieve set objectives within scope and timelineQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years related working experience in product marketing and campaign management in a Takaful or/and Insurance company
