With a holistic retail read and the most comprehensive consumer insights-delivered with advanced analytics through state-of-the-art platforms-NIQ delivers the Full View\xe2\x84\xa2.This role requires smooth execution Management and complete control over tasks as per SOPs & SLAs related to projects, performance KPIs, queries specific to DA backoffice in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources for all countries under Malaysia HUBFamiliarise with all collection services, KPIs, different forms of queries inorder to execute, manage and control them effectively post Go-Live of HUBFamiliarise with different stakeholders while working & supporting on projects, KPIs, and queries inorder to meet them as per aligned timelines & SLAsUnderstand country level exceptioins, timelines, requirements etc in detail together with local HUB resources for future Standardization & AutomationQualifications

• College degree preferred (Operations Management background)
• 8 years of working experience (preferably market research) with Min 5 years working as people Manager
• Proficiency in Business English and Multi country language proficiency is required
• Highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation and influencing skills
• Appropriately models and reflects the Nielsen values and leadership profile
• Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
• Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools and processes (preferred if its an internal hire)
• Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
• Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
• Product knowledge (preferred)
• Business acumen with strong organisation skills
• Strong Integrity Record
• Multi country market knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to engage, develop and grow talent
• Good understanding of operational metrics
• Technically savvy to work on analytical tools
