KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop a Governance Framework and ensure compliance.
- Lead the development for the Contract Documents.
- Ensure the Technical Specifications and General Conditions of Contracts are complete and agreed by all parties.
- Ensure the project risk, insurance, financial consideration etc are in place for project development.
- Responsible for RFP / Tender / Tender Papers / Board Papers as per relevant Governance Framework
- Responsible to submit and manage key project activities/administration such as budgets, procurement, payment, etc.
- Manage contracts and contractors/consultants.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders related to above activities including with JV partners and procurement teams.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
- Minimum 10 years of professional work experience.
- Experience in technical project management and contracts.
- Experience in engineering studies.
- Financial, Commercial and Risk experience are added advantages
- Ability to work with International Partners
- Ability to work in Fast paced work environment
- Extensive knowledge of PPP and legal provisions
- Ability to lead and bring together internal and external teams
