Job Description
As the Manager, Retail Account Management, your role is integral to the success of the business as you are responsible for\xc3\x82 all sales strategies for Modern Trade within assigned territories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with key customers in setting, monitor and course correct performance vs agreed objectives regularly
- Lead and coordinate negotiations including promotion planning with key chain local MT retailers to ensure objectives are aligned to brand and channel strategies
- Engage customers regularly to build relationship and rapport with decision makers and exclusive selling team
- Monitor key market trends and competitive activities to anticipate opportunities and issues to facilitate next steps to tap or defend
- Responsible for improving distribution and display of SC Johnson (SCJ) products in modern trade customers
- Minimum 10 years\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 experience in modern trade within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making with good follow-up are key capabilities beside analytics
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
