Job Description


OVERVIEW

  • To define, develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve the Company\'s sales, market share, growth and other strategic objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To carry out comprehensive analysis of the global glove market using marketing methodologies to understand the competitive environment, identify threats and opportunities in order to develop a sound marketing plan.
  • To manage sales team assigned and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve KPIs.
  • To assess the team\'s capability and resources, provide recommendations for further improvement.
  • To ensure competency of the team by providing effective coaching to developing their overall skills in relation to product knowledge, presentation skills, customer management and market development.
  • To review team\'s leads and opportunities in Salesforce and Country Analysis, ensuring meeting the KPIs on recruitment of new customers and targeted sales of the product mix from the sales region assigned.
  • To co-ordinate Sales periodic reports for Management review.
  • To co-ordinate and work across functional departments to ensure smooth sales operations and meeting of customer\'s requirements.
  • To update and provide team\'s weekly and monthly sales forecast.
  • To keep abreast with the current and emerging trends, issues and developments in the glove market including competitors\' activities in the region assigned and providing feedback to management timely.
  • To prepare monthly pricing for Management approval.
  • Any tasks assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTSEducation:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience preferably in the sales field.
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
  • Competitive landscape of assigned territory (competitors\' positioning, strategies and differentiators).
  • Current and future global socio economic, business and industry trends, market drivers of assigned territory and their impacts on Hartalega\'s business.
  • Sales negotiation techniques.
  • Selling skills.
  • Customer management in B2B environment.
  • Country and account planning and forecasting.
