Job Description


Overview:

  • To support & execute (at region level ) of national Sales strategies toward achieving company Volume Point and Operating Margin targets.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region in support of national objectives.
  • Responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of overall metrics.
  • Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Development of sales strategies (at region level) should be based on member metrics trend, product performance trend, geographic development opportunities, member composition, and other relevant building blocks while aligning with Country and APAC plans.
  • Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
  • Maintains and expands customer, member & supervisor bases by supporting leadership in the region, building and maintaining rapport with key leaderships, and identifying new distributor opportunities.
  • To develop an annual business plan and activities calendar, within approved budget, with key activities charted at a minimum on a forward 6 months basis to support planning and sourcing efficiency.
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for the region
  • To lead development, implementation, provide performance tracking and reporting the City By City sales strategies towards achieving goals and KPI.
  • Analyse city metrics and performance for reporting to higher management and for decision making strategies.
  • Identify and develop new events (activity, trainings, campaigns & etc. ) to target different market segment & ensure quality and content of events, selection of speakers.
  • To drive the growth of key company initiatives, e.g. Nutrition Clubs/Preferred Customer Program/City by City/etc, to develop strong business foundation and sustainable performance.
  • Identify, plan & develop promotions to drive the CBC distributor sales at various segments by analysing business performance and metrics.
  • Drive communications (of promotions, events, campaigns, activities & etc.) to distributors
  • Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity, quality, and distributors service standards.
  • Analyse metrics in all areas of sales, distributor performance & Identify needs of distributors on regular basis by conducting 1-on-1 deep dive and focus group.
  • Analyse distributor performance, organizational performance & develop and communicate reports derived from Sales Metrics to Key Distributor Leaders
  • Identify and groom potential and upcoming distributors.
  • Constantly speak & motivate Distributors daily.
  • Document distributors interactions and maintain data, tracker related to activities, accounts and partners
  • Ability to develop and communicate reports derived from Sales Metrics to key leaders, nutrition club owners and city by city S&Ps.
  • Support Distributor activities and provide advice.
  • Provide weekly & monthly Sales Force KPIs update report to Sales Director.
  • To continuously strengthen the relationship and communication channels between distributors and Herbalife by providing timely, accurate and relevant information.
  • Preparation of Salesforce & Targeted distributors communication regarding sales, campaigns, sales promotions & etc.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day to day performance of their jobs and directs the team to achieve sales and profit goals within a region.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in the region.
    • Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, and employee enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Organize training for new staff. (responsible for overseeing the training & orientation of sales team in the region)
    • Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
    • To lead & support company\xe2\x80\x99s major events & campaigns ( Spectacular , MDW, WTS, Country Vacations & Quarterly Campaigns )
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years in managerial experience, preferably in direct selling or MLM or Sales / Marketing environment
  • Preferably University Graduate or equivalent
  • Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, strong leadership
  • Ability to keep high morale within the department, develop and motivate staff and be an excellent role model for others.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to prioritize, handle extensive hands-on work in additional to management duties, and be flexible with responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Must present herself/himself professionally. Must be able to reflect the Herbalife image, our product line and our business: maintain in good health, vitality, and high energy level.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, while able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to maintain a positive attitude, handle problems in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors while maintaining professionalism.
  • Flexibility with long working hours is important-ability to work in occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to travel internationally as deemed required.
  • Computer literacy (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organization
