Assisting Country Leads in assigning sales force quotas to ensure optimal allocation of financial objectives. Identifying opportunities for enhancing sales processes and facilitating the successful implementation of new programs, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales process is in place for launch. Driving global consistency in tools, processes, and measurement to improve both revenue growth and productivity. Actively participating in the ongoing development of bolttechs proprietary Sales playbooks to support partner launches and sustained growth. Establishing mechanisms to promote the sharing of best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with the sales leadership and Technology teams to prioritize investments in enabling technologies that support sales organization productivity. This includes closely aligning the sales and technology roadmap and strategy, and recommending changes and enhancements to sales tools and processes. Partnering with People, Finance, and Sales leadership teams to implement and administer the Sales Incentive Compensation program, ensuring that the plan drives sales behavior and reinforces the sales strategy. Engaging with the People team to design and implement programs aimed at building the capabilities of the sales team. Supporting local market teams in developing and executing go-to-market plans for new partners, products, and markets. Designing sales initiatives for Retail partners to foster engagement and drive sales growth. Requirements Over 5 Years\' Experience In Managing Sales Operations Extensive experience with Salesforce/CRM systems Deep knowledge of sales and account management practices Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs Experience in using data to develop go-to market approaches and inform the business Experience in developing and engaging highly functioning sales teams Strong knowledge of sales metrics, sales processes, and sales enablement tools Digital native with strong skills in using Microsoft Office Work, Excel, PowerPoint and digital communication platforms such as Zoom
