Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Facilitate negotiations with relevant stakeholders and / or other advisors and regulatory bodies. Monitor and manage team members to ensure timely, effective and quality service and product delivery. Work with relevant product partners within the Investment Bank to provide customised financial solutions to clients. Understand clients\' business plans and strategies forward, and be familiar with clients\' organisation structure, key management and decision making process. Develop, evaluate and assess the structure of deals to achieve an optimum and balanced solution for clients. Lead small group discussions/meetings and presentations to clients. Co-ordinate proposals and work with Director towards securing mandates. Job Requirements: Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent working experience, possesses accounting related professional certification i.e. ACCA is an added advantage. Possess Strategic Thinking and Leading Through Vision. Excellence analytical skills, numerical and attention to details. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Able to work under pressure, in meeting tight deadlines, independent and possess positive attitude. Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
