Develops and execution of strategies and business plans to build Sales acquisition and Portfolio Revenue for non individual application and/or Enterprise Hire Purchase
Identifies key revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies and execution of plan
Review, develop and execute retention plans to ensure healthy portfolio
Analyse & Identifies new opportunity and implements marketing & pricing campaign / strategies to enhance business performance, and improve customer retention & experiences
Keep abreast, review & implement pricing strategies and opportunities to ensure the offer is competitive with others competitors
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
Business Performance and Management
Work closely with all stakeholders to drive and implement business strategies and ensure targets are achieved.
Drives P&L growth and customer portfolio growth for Auto Finance
Analyse and consolidate monthly management reports on the performance of Auto Finance business
Work closely with decision management and CBPA team to obtain insights, enrich and improve customer segmentation and portfolio
Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance relationship
Support strategic partners in term of portfolio growth and business profitability
Key liaison party with Group Risk, Credit Team and Sales and having oversight over credit/risk related matters
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
