Collaborate with Product team with sales/marketing feedback to ensure all customer and sales campaigns are properly rolled-out on a timely manner.
Work closely with product teams to guide product roadmap and improve end customer journey
(on-boarding/application/customer service) based on your conversations with sales/customers
Coordinate cross-functional teams for projects/initiatives while ensuring all business requirements are addressed within functional specifications and ensure timely roll-outs
Track and ensure all targets are met and develop contingency plans should targets fall short.
Sales:
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Cross-sell & Up-sell to RM-tagged & owned-tagged business customers: Identify potential customers to increase limits &/or increase utilisation.
Develop new sales initiatives, special projects/process improvements to capture key demographics and grow the business.
Work with sales head to monitor and maintain sales volume, product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
Perform regular briefing at segment and branch level to drive desired agenda
Work closely with sales force to develop SME product and business acumen to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and business goals are achieved.
Presentation Decks & Analytics:
Develop weekly/monthly management and strategic decks (sales, campaigns, dashboards, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) to management and persistent in following up with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates on projects or reports
Demonstrate keen ability to scope and size opportunities through a data-driven mind-set.
Determine pipeline prioritisation by identifying highest return on effort through a deep understanding of the blockers / enablers in each deal.
Develop customized marketing and sales collateral for internal & external stakeholders
