Project Manager Experience in Solar!

Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead and manage the Project Department. Guide and support team members in their daily work. Approve leave requests and review claims from subcontractors. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality of work. Liaise with higher management and procurement department. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

1. Project Management:

Plan, execute and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Develop project plans including the resource allocation, timelines, and risk management. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

2. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the overall organizational objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance and implement measures to optimize costs. Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

or a related field. Strong understanding of

Solar.

Excellent communication skills.

at least 4 years of experience

in solar, project management. Experience in coordinating solar installations and managing contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
