The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading end-to-end hiring strategies to attract, select, and secure high-quality talent aligned with the organisation's business objectives. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages employer branding initiatives, and partners closely with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs. The position also plays a key role in strengthening recruitment processes, driving talent market intelligence, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies and pipelines across all functions.
Work closely with the business leaders to understand talent requirements, skills gaps, and future role demands.
Develop recruitment dashboards and provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
2. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, and offer negotiation.
Optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and quality of hire.
Ensure recruitment activities are executed in alignment with company policies, governance requirements, and labour regulations.
Strengthen assessment frameworks (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, psychometrics where applicable).
3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
Build strong relationships with hiring managers by offering advisory support on sourcing strategies, job design, and selection decisions.
Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure progress updates, transparency, and timely decision-making.
4. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Collaborate with Group Branding to strengthen the employer brand across digital channels, campuses, events, and industry platforms.
Oversee job advertisements, storytelling content, and recruitment campaigns that position the company as an employer of choice.
Drive participation in career fairs, networking sessions, and partnerships with universities and industry bodies.
5. Data, Reporting & Compliance
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates.
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws and internal audit/governance standards.
Maintain accurate and organised records in Workday Recruitment.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven success in managing complex hiring portfolios across corporate and technical roles.
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is preferred.
Strong familiarity with Workday Recruitment.
