Lead and oversee the local application engineering/field service team.

Provide advice on lubricants, sealing systems, and installation for the company\'s products.
Host seminars for product, application, and practical training.
Support Product Interchanges and offer technical solutions in the pre-sales stage through Helpdesk or other means.
Assist the Regional Engineering Manager in arranging and conducting technical training programs to enhance the technical competence of Application/Field Service Engineers and Sales Engineers in SEA.
Engage in technical troubleshooting activities, create reports, and present findings to customers.

Market Industry 4.0 Solutions and other complementary products in the company\'s portfolio.
Provide proactive customer support, actively seeking and pursuing opportunities.
Independently expand the customer base, with a specific focus on the Industry 4.0 product portfolio and digital business model.
Actively oversee the Industry 4.0 sales pipeline, ensuring Salesforce is kept up-to-date, and identify opportunities through to realization.
Support, identify, qualify, and process new Industry 4.0 potential leads and opportunities.
Cultivate Strategic Industry 4.0 partnerships under the "Certified by the company" concept, ensuring partners meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Manage quotation preparation and negotiation; collaborate with the Sales Team to close deals.
Independently manage and be responsible for the sales pipeline, Salesforce, BPC/forecast for dedicated/selected I4.0 partners.
Gather market requirements and competitive intelligence, serving as the "Voice of Customer" to optimize the Industry 4.0 solution portfolio.
Collaborate globally for Industry 4.0 pursuits, development projects, and promotion/marketing events.
Develop customer presentation materials based on a database of case references on relevant applications, competitor benchmarking, and train the sales team in effectively presenting sales material to customers.
Conduct Industry 4.0 and other company product training sessions for customers and partners.

Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering.
5- 10 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the Automation/Condition Monitoring/Industrial/Digitalization sectors.
Have practical experience in working on mechanical design or mechatronic projects, as well as hands-on experience in troubleshooting and solving plant machinery issues
Familiarity with rotary and linear bearings, as well as practical experience with rotary machines or mechatronic machines.
An advantage to have Vibration Analysis Level I ISO certification, though not mandatory.
Knowledge of SCADA integration and proficiency in working with different communication protocols (OPCUA, Profinet, etc.) would be a plus.
Additional advantage to have experience in working with System Integrators and managing projects with them.
