Job Description

: Scope of Position Own(s) overall responsibility for ensuring satisfactory integration of practical training, synthetic training and theoretical knowledge instruction, through application of local TC procedures and standards, and considering Customer needs. Key Responsibilities

• to exercise operational oversight on the MTO structure in the SEAP and NA region in accordance with ER050-19-043;
• to ensure the application of the standards and procedures defined for the MTO with respect to Airbus Helicopters and NAAs requirements over the SEAP and NA region;
• to ensure the professional qualification of Technical Training Staff with respect to Airbus Helicopters and NAAs requirements over the SEAP and NA region;
• to ensure the application of the standards and procedures of qualification of new instructors and the re-qualification of Technical Training Staff defined for the MTO with respect to Airbus Helicopters and NAAs requirements over the SEAP and NA region;
• to plan and coordinate the re-qualification of Technical Training Staff defined for the MTO with respect to Airbus Helicopters and NAAs requirements over the SEAP and NA region;
• to ensure training programs compliance with respect to Airbus Helicopters and NAAs requirements over the SEAP and NA region;
• to ensure training compliance with respect to the approved programs over the SEAP and NA region;
• to check the application and supervise the corrective action progress ( if any ) of the technical training procedures manual.
• to ensure that there is sufficient resources e.g. instructor, facility, equipment, course notes, technical manuals, etc, prior to committing to a course.

Background and Skills Minimum Experience: 20 years experiences in Aviation Industry Other Experience/Training/Qualifications: Extensive Experience In Training, Being Responsible For Implementation Of AH Standards, Including Satisfactory Training Program Legal or Professional Body Authorization Requirements that Incumbent must possess for this position: Comprehensive Understanding Of The NAA Part 66 And 147 Regulatory Requirements. Other Qualifications/Skills:

• Fluent In English Language
• Current Instructor And MRO Technician Experience
• Working/Travel Outside Of Declared Business Official Hours
• Good Working Knowledge Of Video Conferencing Platform
