Functional (job responsibilities)

• Approval and Decision Making on trade operational matters for Trade Services Centres in the absence of Head-Trade Operations

• Advisory on operational and technical trade issues to both internal and external parties.\xe2\x80\x99

• Setting and monitoring service standards at Trade Services Centres.

• Setting standards for compliance on policies, procedures and guidelines

• Continuous process improvements at Trade Services Centres to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Educating staff on trade products and services

• Ensuring a smooth delivery system for trade transactions

• Ensure standardization in processes and operational matters nationwide.

• Ensure all reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.

• To examine all transferable LCs before issuance.

• Checking of trade excesses and suspense accounts

• Release request for trade items in Norkom system and handling of KLC-TW related matters

Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head \xe2\x80\x93 Trade Services or Head \xe2\x80\x93 Trade Operatiions from time to time.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Formulating and validation of all proposed solutions prior to execution

• Delivering solutions to protect and grow revenue

• Identify and manage improvement initiatives in order to increase productivity

• Identify risks in trade operations and taking appropriate steps to eliminate or minimize these risks.

• Troubleshooting all trade related issues involving processes.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Delivering solutions to protect and grow revenue

• Advisory role to trade staff at HLBSG and HLBCAM

Requirement

Education/Qualification

- At least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.

Experience

- 10 years and above experience in Trade Operations
