Your role will involve staying updated with market intelligence to streamline our trade operations according to industry standards. Your focus will be on protecting the bank\'s interests and ensuring compliance with AMLA/CFT regulations.This role reports to the Head of Trade Services and the successful candidates will be based in the Sibu, Sarawak office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional: Leading decision-making on trade operational matters for Trade Services Centres Providing advisory support on operational and technical trade issues to both internal and external parties. Ensuring a smooth delivery system for trade transactions. Educating staff on trade products and services Implementing continuous process improvements at Trade Services Centres to maximize efficiency and productivity 2.Managerial (team/group responsibilities): Formulating and validating proposed solutions prior to execution. Delivering solutions to protect and grow revenue. Identifying and managing improvement initiatives to increase productivity. Identifying risks in trade operations and taking appropriate steps to eliminate or minimize them. Troubleshooting trade-related issues involving processes. 3.Organizational (organizational responsibilities): Delivering solutions to protect and grow revenue. Providing advisory support to trade staff at HLBSG and HLBCAM. JobRequirements: Malaysian citizen.
