We are seeking a results oriented Loan Documentation Manager with excellent attention to detail to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team. The Loan Documentation Manager is responsible for the processing of legal documentation and to ensure the timely completion of loan documentation until the disbursement of the facilities. This role reports to the Team Lead and the successful candidates will be based in our Northern Trade Services Center (Penang) office.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare LO/SLO/LN upon receipt of approved credit application from ARMs.
• To ensure all terms and conditions imposed as per approved CA/CR are transcribed into the LO.
• To ensure LO/SLO/LN prepared are accurate, complete and in compliance with the policies.
• To assist team leaders to ensure that the deadlines for the preparation of the offer letters are met.
• Provide guidance & support to Business Centre and ARMs on LO related matters.
• To maintain proper records and ensure compliance to policy and procedure and Bank\xe2\x80\x99s interest is protected at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Candidates with minimum 5 years of working experience in the financial industry with knowledge of loan documentation unit/credit administration is ideal
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services as well as regulations governing commercial banking business and products is preferable.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and ability to work effectively with people at different levels.
• PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances
