Requirements:

Able to communicate and written in Mandarin, English.
Mandarin is compulsory due to liaise with China Customer.
Minimum bachelor degree, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related industry or Fresh grad are encourage to join.
Self-motivated, Fast learner, Cooperative, and Proactive
Always targeted goals career growth.

Scopes:

Prepare On Time Delivery Ratio Report and daily and monthly stock out or related inventory report.
Keep updating product knowledge.
Handle inquiries from clients replying emails and calls.
Provide product knowledge requested by clients.
Maintain a proactive relationship with existing client (Mainly focusing on China clients).
To ensure sales operation is well smoothly.
Meet customer satisfaction from presales to aftersales.
Responsible to maximize receiving order from sales office to meet the peak profit and analyze the receiving order and transportation costing.
Perform ad-hoc jobs by superior at the same time.
