  • Education : Minimum qualification: SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome (Full training provided)
  • Availability : Willing to work on rotational shifts and off days.
  • Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.

  • Handle inbound calls for (customer inquiries complaints feedback and issues related to company products)
  • Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.
  • Team Collaboration : Work with the team to meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
