Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to users via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Technical Assistance : Assist with troubleshooting technical problems such as buffering issues, browser compatibility, and device-related concerns.
Account Management: Help users manage subscriptions, billing questions, account upgrades, and cancellations. Ensure data privacy and security measures are upheld while handling user accounts.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems, and solutions in the company's CRM.
