Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above.
Fluent in the required language English & Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
Must have minimum 6-month call centre experience.
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shift 24/7.
Willing to relocate in Petaling Jaya.

Ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
Processing payment and client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customers personal and payment information.
Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty.
