  • Educational Qualifications: Fresh-graduate welcome (SPM welcome), high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools.
  • Willing relocate at George Town.
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift - 24/7.
Tanggungjawab
  • Reservation Management: Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or livechat. Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and policies.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. Resolve issues related to booking errors, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and standard operating procedures.
