Job Description

Our client is a well established Company with diverse business interests in the areas of Property, Hospitality, Retail and F&B. The General Manager will be responsible to plan & lead the entire operational & functional teams for Hotel Pre-opening by end of 2023/early 2024. He or She will play a key role in driving the entire staffs towards achieving business revenues, quality standards and constant growth.

• Lead & manage all aspects of hotel operations including Guest Services, F&B, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, HR & Finance activities.
• Recruit, train & lead all functional HODs/Teams by ensuring everyone to work in line with business objective.
• Plan & oversee all renovation/refurbishment/enhancement works.
• Constantly engage with functional staffs to seek feedback and create a highly engaged & positive work culture.
• Develop & implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue & profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction & hotel reputation.
• Manage budgets, costs & conduct financial forecast to ensure growth & profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, company policies & Hotel SOPs.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management/Commerce or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Operations Management & currently at Senior Managerial level.
• Experienced in Hotel Pre-Opening is a big plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• High business acumen & strong in strategic planning, cost savings & budgeting.
• Good understanding of P&L statements.
• Good command of English, Bahasa & Mandarin/Cantonese to support business needs.
