Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Marketing

Collaborate closely with Senior Management and the Business Development Manager to review and strengthen company sales performance and growth initiatives. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Promote the company's full range of products and services, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand brand presence and customer base.

Customer & Market Engagement

Build and maintain a strong professional network of clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and business reach. Increase market awareness of the company's products, services, and brand across various audience segments. Actively represent the company in events such as campaigns, seminars, roadshows, and promotional activities. Manage walk-in inquiries, sales transactions, and payment collections when required.

Operational & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales and marketing activities. Prepare periodic reports and feedback to management on progress and market insights. Perform other duties or special assignments as directed by Senior Management.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma

or

Bachelor's Degree

in

Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce

, or any related discipline.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.

Preferably

Senior Executive level

with strong experience in

Sales, Marketing, or Retail

functions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to

manage multiple projects

, meet deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments. Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Highly

motivated, confident, and innovative

with strong relationship-building abilities. Willing to work

in Kuala Lumpur
