Set up the new e-commerce department from zero*, including developing workflows, standard operating procedures, and platform integration. Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment coordination.
Ensure smooth execution of promotions, flash sales, and campaign participation.
Liaise with platform representatives to maximize visibility and participation in mega sales events.
2. Sales & Performance Optimization
Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic-to-sales ratio.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.
3. Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
Manage paid ads, vouchers, and platform marketing tools to boost traffic and conversion.
Create content calendars and coordinate with designers for banners, visuals, and product videos.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with product and brand teams to align on marketing direction, product launches, and promotional plans.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
