Key Responsibilities
Perform
bank reconciliations
accurately and efficiently.
Manage
accounts payable
, including bills entry and invoice processing.
Assist the Accountant with
minor adjustments, month-end preparation
, and ad-hoc tasks.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is updated in Xero.
Manage personal workflow and assigned tasks
independently
and proactively.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients when needed.
Must-Have Requirements
1-3 years
of relevant bookkeeping experience.
Mandatory:
Strong proficiency in
Xero
accounting software.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in English.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Mandarin + English bilingual
communication skills (conversational Mandarin preferred).
Prior experience in an Australian bookkeeping or accounting environment is an advantage.
