Job Description


  • Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin (this is actually the only requirement because half of our guests come from China and the other half from around the world)
  • Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and go for the "extra mile".
  • Able to receive continuous feedback and and work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or annoyed.
  • Know the difference between working in hospital and hospitality.
  • Common sense, can walk straight with two eyes and two legs.
Responsibilities
  • Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.
  • Assisting guest from check in and throughout their stay with us.
  • Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in hotels.
  • Organize maintenance tasks with in-house technicians.
  • All kind of administrative and reporting tasks.
  • You will learn everything from head to toe.
