Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Report directly to the Senior Management and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to assess and enhance the Company's sales performance and business development initiatives.

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the Business Development Manager.

- Drive the promotion and sale of the Company's products and services, ensuring the attainment of sales targets provided periodically.

- Cultivate a robust network of contacts and customers, contributing to the establishment of the Company's products, services, and brand name in the market.

- Foster awareness of the Company's products, services, and brand across diverse demographic segments.

- Actively participate in campaigns, talks, seminars, forums, roadshows, and other promotional activities organized by the Company.

- Oversee walk-in sales and collection activities when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

- Undertake other assignments as required by the Senior Management.

Job Requirement:

- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent. - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.- Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur and availability to support during weekends. - Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, with significant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. - Immediate availability is preferred. - Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrated team and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, confident, and innovative. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to change. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively. - Have no issue to work in Medan Tuanku, KL, and flexible in travelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
