Responsibilities:
Spa Operation- Overlook and Manage the Spa
To overlook, manage & guide all Spa Concierge.
To promote the sale of services and products available from the Spa.
Handling Customers Complains
To ensure customer satisfaction level maintained high when they visit the spa.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special request via mail or phone.
Total of 4 Branches
Training (Managing & Motivating all Employee)
Monitor and review Spa employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance regularly and provide required training.
Ensure accurate customer service standard meets.
Counseling, coaching, support and encourage FD (Front Desk) in maintaining spa standard
Responsible for the spa training, plan and conduct hands-on training for the new recruitment.
