Job Description
Requirements:
- Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent\xe2\x80\x8b.
- Able to speak in English or BM fluently. It is an advantage if you could speak Mandarin.\xe2\x80\x8b
- Friendly, cheerful and a pleasant personality.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills\xe2\x80\x8b.
- Strong disciplines, commitments and self-initiative\xe2\x80\x8b.
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays\xe2\x80\x8b.
Basic Salary: RM 4000- RM 6000 + commission
Allowances: Transport Allowance\xe2\x80\x8b
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Position: Outlet Manager (Spa)
Location: Mont Kiara, KL
Responsibilities:
Spa Operation- Overlook and Manage the Spa
- To overlook, manage & guide all Spa Concierge.
- To promote the sale of services and products available from the Spa.
- To ensure customer satisfaction level maintained high when they visit the spa.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special request via mail or phone.
- Total of 4 Branches
- Monitor and review Spa employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance regularly and provide required training.
- Ensure accurate customer service standard meets.
- Counseling, coaching, support and encourage FD (Front Desk) in maintaining spa standard
- Responsible for the spa training, plan and conduct hands-on training for the new recruitment.
