Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce.
Understanding of Salesforce navigation, customization and configuration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to learn new skills.

The CRM Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our key client\xe2\x80\x99s Salesforce CRM platform. Managing a client\'s CRM platform means to activate their database leads, and you will be working closely with Strategists to formulate an effective customer journey. Identifying data pattern & data accuracy is key, and you will have the opportunity to take on globally-recognised upskill & certification to gain expertise on CRM platforms.
