DUTIES ??:
Help customers build successful online ventures using the account
Manage customer accounts through high level consultation
Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to customers' accounts, billing, and products
Assisting Chinese customers of what is the ideal domain to buy
Provide most common domain used based on their purpose
Discuss tips in using names and help users to get easy to remember domain
Help the users for domain registration
Assist customers in setting up the new emails
Provide technical support for non-operating domain
REQUIREMENTS:
With experience in the position or relevant experience
Can speak English well
At least 2 years graduate
Highschool graduate can accept but with 1-2 years relevant work experience
With technical support experience (preferably in a similar industry)
