DUTIES ??:
- Help customers build successful online ventures using the account
- Manage customer accounts through high level consultation
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to customers' accounts, billing, and products
- Assisting Chinese customers of what is the ideal domain to buy
- Provide most common domain used based on their purpose
- Discuss tips in using names and help users to get easy to remember domain
- Help the users for domain registration
- Assist customers in setting up the new emails
- Provide technical support for non-operating domain
- With experience in the position or relevant experience
- Can speak English well
- At least 2 years graduate
- Highschool graduate can accept but with 1-2 years relevant work experience
- With technical support experience (preferably in a similar industry)
