Job Responsibilities:

Provide responsive and professional support via live chat and email Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently Collaborate with the team remotely using online communication tools

Who We're Looking For:

Proficient in both Mandarin and English (language test required) Excellent written English communication skills Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification Prior experience in customer service or contact center is preferred Comfortable using MS Office and multitasking across systems Must have own laptop and stable internet connection Willing and able to work rotational shifts, including midnight shifts and weekends Immediate availability preferred
