Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented

Customer Support Executive

to join our remote operations team. This role supports a key client in the mobile gaming industry and requires proficiency in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in live chat customer support and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email. Resolve customer concerns in alignment with company policies and standard operating procedures. Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed. Utilize multiple software platforms and systems efficiently to support customer needs. Uphold service excellence standards by consistently maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluency in

Mandarin and English

, both written and verbal (language proficiency assessment required). Minimum of

1 year of experience

in a customer service role, preferably in the

mobile gaming industry

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to multitask across various digital systems. Willingness to work

rotational shifts

night shifts and weekends

personal laptop

reliable high-speed internet connection

Working Hours:
