Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Manual Tester

with a strong background in the

banking domain

. The candidate will be responsible for preparing test cases, executing test cycles, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design effective test plans and test cases. Perform

manual testing

of banking applications, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like

JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM

. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate solutions. Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices. Support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

and assist in root cause analysis of production issues. Document test results and prepare clear and concise testing reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience

in

manual testing

, with at least

2 years in the banking domain

. Strong understanding of

banking workflows

such as payments, loans, deposits, core banking, or digital banking platforms. Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g.,

JIRA, HP ALM, QC

). Good knowledge of

SDLC

and

STLC

processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
