Manufacturing Integrator, Shift Integrator as SPOC overall shift lead and emergency contact/point of reference.
Leading regular line walk within the shift such as compliance audit towards safety culture.
Integrating various groups to deliver loading and executions strategy.
Delivery performance links to the organization\'s goal such as delivering BIC output performance LIPAS and Cycle Time.
Coordinating the overall loading strategy to execution team such as Mfg operations and Engineering team by monitoring the overall WIP flow to support shift target and delivery.
Lead the shift by providing the shift priority, shift goal and LIPAS closure for follow-up.
Responsibility for managing the priority to LIPAS/Uplift, Static WIP, and On-hold for daily shift executions. consistently assist and coach FLM to clear roadblocks during daily execution challenges.
Provide the delivery impact assessment during excursion management, able to work with various stakeholders for recovery loading plan and manage the execution strategy per xRB team\'s decisions.
Lead or partner with FLM\'s on improvement projects to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
\xef\xbf\xbd Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics or applicable relevant degree. \xef\xbf\xbd 2-6 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment. \xef\xbf\xbd Knowledge in data science, SQL, statistic, manufacturing science, advanced excel, and Power BI will be added advantage. \xef\xbf\xbd Demonstrate solid data analytics to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way leading to the identification of possible solutions. \xef\xbf\xbd Possess a proactive mindset, be able to handle ambiguity, and have critical problem-solving skills to respond to a rapidly changing environment. \xef\xbf\xbd Good leadership skills and Good stakeholder management skills are expected \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams \xef\xbf\xbd Strong analytical skills and project management \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to drive indicators and work independently with less supervision \xef\xbf\xbd Willing to work in shift 12hrs day, 4 consecutive days of work followed by 3 consecutive off days \xef\xbf\xbd Knowledgeable in Lean and Theory of Constraint
