We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead production and engineering for our ICM product line. This role is pivotal in launching new manufacturing lines, integrating advanced technologies, and ensuring seamless collaboration between production and engineering teams to drive quality, efficiency, and performance.
Our Team
You will join our Operational Management department, a cross-functional team committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in electronics manufacturing. We work closely with global engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver high-impact results.
What You Will Do
Lead daily operations of the ICM manual assembly line to meet production targets and quality standards
Monitor and improve KPIs such as output, yield, OEE, and cycle time
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles
Manage manpower planning, training, and performance of production staff
Oversee process engineering activities including layout design and line balancing
Drive NPI readiness and coordinate with PD, quality, and project teams
Implement new technologies such as SMT, dispensing systems, and functional testers
Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and validation for new lines
Manage capital expenditure projects and liaise with global engineering teams
Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Product Management to meet production goals
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proven manufacturing experience, including demonstrated experience in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of manual assembly, SMT, dispensing, and testing equipment
Proven experience in new line setup and cross-functional project leadership
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with ICM or electronics-related products
Hands-on knowledge of MES systems and digital production tools
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
